서비스 약관

1. 약관 동의

FXMacroData API 및 웹사이트("서비스")에 접속하거나 이를 이용함으로써 귀하는 본 서비스 약관("약관")에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다. 본 약관에 동의하지 않는 경우 서비스를 이용할 수 없습니다.

2. 서비스 및 접근

FXMacroData는 금융 전문가를 위한 API를 통해 실시간 및 과거 거시경제 데이터를 제공합니다. 접근하려면 유효한 구독이 필요합니다. 당사는 통지 여부와 관계없이 서비스(또는 그 일부)를 일시적 또는 영구적으로 수정하거나 중단할 권리를 보유합니다.

3. 사용 라이선스 및 제한

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the API for your internal business purposes or personal quantitative analysis. This license includes the right to store and use data you lawfully retrieve for internal purposes as described below. You agree not to:

Resell, sublicense, redistribute, publish, externally share, expose through an API, feed, database, warehouse, marketplace, bulk download, or customer-facing product, or otherwise make available raw data, derived datasets, or substantially similar data products obtained from the Service.
Use data, retained historical copies, cached data, or derived datasets from the Service to build, train, populate, or operate a product or service that substitutes for or competes with FXMacroData.
불법적이거나 승인되지 않은 목적으로 서비스를 사용하는 행위.
API 인프라에 과부하를 주거나, 방해하거나, 공격을 시도하는 행위.

Internal storage and retention

You may store, retain, and use FXMacroData data that you lawfully retrieve during an active subscription for your own internal research, analytics, audit, development, testing, reporting, and backtesting purposes. This includes raw API responses, historical snapshots, append-only internal records, technical logs, partial values, derived metrics, reports, models, and other internal research outputs.

Cancellation and retained data

FXMacroData does not require routine deletion or purge of internally retained data after cancellation or expiry. After cancellation or expiry, API access, updates, support, and the right to retrieve new data end, but you may continue to use data already retrieved for internal purposes, subject to these Terms.

Derived analytics

Derived analytics, metrics, models, reports, and research outputs may be retained and used internally. They may not be used to reconstruct, redistribute, expose, or commercialize the underlying FXMacroData dataset, or to create a substitute data feed or competing product.

Continuing restrictions

The restrictions on redistribution, resale, sublicensing, external sharing, public display, API or feed access, bulk export, warehouse sharing, marketplace distribution, and use of FXMacroData data to build or operate a substitute or competing data product continue to apply after cancellation or expiry.

FXMacroData는 포괄적인 데이터 분석 및 자동화된 거래 워크플로우를 용이하게 하기 위해 "무제한" API 접근을 제공합니다. 그러나 서비스 안정성을 보장하고 인프라 비용 남용을 방지하기 위해 다음 공정 사용 지침이 적용됩니다.

빈도: 표준 "무제한" 접근은 단일 애플리케이션 또는 개인 트레이더의 일반적인 사용 패턴으로 정의됩니다. 초당 1회 요청(RPS)을 초과하는 지속적인 고빈도 폴링은 개인 요금제의 공정 사용 범위를 벗어나는 것으로 간주됩니다.
자동화: 자동화된 폴링은 허용되지만, 스크립트는 합리적인 "슬립" 간격을 구현해야 합니다. 의도적인 인프라 고갈 또는 "서비스 거부" 행위는 즉시 계정 정지로 이어집니다.
시행: 당사는 평균 구독자 사용 수준을 현저히 초과하는 사용자에 대해 기술적인 속도 제한, 스로틀링 또는 계정 정지를 시행할 권리를 보유합니다.

5. 보증의 부인

서비스 및 제공되는 모든 데이터는 명시적이든 묵시적이든 어떠한 종류의 보증도 없이 "있는 그대로" 및 "이용 가능한 상태로" 제공됩니다. 당사는 데이터가 정확하거나 완전하거나 오류가 없을 것이라고 보증하지 않습니다. 금융 데이터는 정보 제공 목적으로만 제공되며 투자 조언을 구성하지 않습니다.

6. 준거법 및 분쟁 해결

본 약관은 국제 상법 원칙에 따라 규율되고 해석됩니다. 본 약관 또는 서비스와 관련하여 발생하는 모든 분쟁은 인정된 국제 중재 기관의 중재 규칙에 따라 최종적으로 해결됩니다.

7. 청구 및 취소

무료 체험은 가입 시 유효한 결제 수단이 필요합니다.
체험 기간 종료 전에 취소하지 않으면, 체험은 명시된 요금제 가격으로 유료 구독으로 전환됩니다.
언제든지 취소할 수 있으며, 취소는 결제 시 별도로 명시되지 않는 한 현재 청구 기간이 끝날 때 효력이 발생합니다.
갱신 결제가 실패하면, 청구 정보가 업데이트되고 결제가 해결될 때까지 서비스 접근을 제한하거나 중단할 수 있습니다.

8. 환불 정책

FXMacroData is a digital product. Except where required by law, subscription fees and completed billing charges are non-refundable.

구독 요금은 법률에 의해 요구되거나 서면 계약에 명시적으로 기재된 경우를 제외하고는 청구 주기가 시작되면 일반적으로 환불되지 않습니다. 요금이 잘못 청구되었다고 생각하시면 다음으로 문의해 주십시오. [email protected] 그러면 귀하의 사례를 검토하겠습니다.

9. 지원 및 서비스 수준
