Install guide / Direct delivery channel
Install FXMacroData on Kit (ConvertKit)
Your meter
Kit (ConvertKit) is measured by a reported subscriber count.
Nobody interacts individually with a broadcast, so there is no per-person event to meter. You report how many people the channel reaches and keep that figure current.
You do not use the browser pixel, and you do not report individual people. One number for the whole channel is the entire obligation.
Setting it up
-
01
Register the Kit (ConvertKit) surface
Add it in API Management and copy the redistribution key.
-
02
Read the count
For Kit (ConvertKit), report your confirmed subscriber count in Kit.
-
03
Report it, and keep it current
Send it from a scheduled job so the figure stays inside the billing period. A number typed in once quietly stops being true.
POST https://fxmacrodata.com/partner-meter/v1/audience Authorization: Bearer <your redistribution key> Content-Type: application/json { "report_type": "roster", "subscriber_count": 4000 } -
04
Credit FXMacroData in every post that uses the data
The attribution travels with the content, not with the channel description.
The rule that matters
Report the deduplicated figure. Someone who is on two of your lists is one person, and counting them twice bills you twice.
Confirming it works
- 1 Send one roster report and confirm a 202 response.
- 2 Open API Management and confirm the reported count is what you sent.
- 3 Confirm the figure is refreshed inside the billing period, not at year end.
Reference
Shared detail that applies to every direct delivery channel, kept in one place rather than restated here.
Other channels using a reported subscriber count
Same meter, different setup detail.
