Is there a free trial?
Individual includes a 14-day free trial. A credit card is required, and billing begins after the trial. Enterprise checkout and agreements show the applicable trial or billing terms before confirmation.
What is the difference between Individual and Enterprise?
Individual is for retail investors, active traders, and independent researchers using the data in their own workflow. Enterprise is for institutional or sophisticated-investor workflows that need seats, service accounts, governance controls, auditability, or higher-touch support. Neither plan includes client-facing redistribution by default.
How does commercial redistribution work?
Commercial Redistribution is a self-service display add-on to Individual or Enterprise. Each block of up to 100 unique external users costs USD 10/month, starting with the first block. Register any number of websites and non-web surfaces. Website users are measured automatically; additional deduplicated Telegram, newsletter, app, and community users are self-reported in API Management. One combined audience total determines billing.
Are Telegram channels, newsletters, and mobile apps included?
Yes. Add each non-web surface in API Management and report the additional unique audience after removing overlap with website users. Registration activates access immediately, with no application, quote, manual review, written approval, or lead time.
Does the redistribution pixel have to be installed everywhere?
Install it on every page that displays FXMacroData data or derived output. It is not required on unrelated pages. Single-page apps can load the script once and use exposure mode to mark only the relevant modules.
Can redistribution users provide data downloads?
No. The metered redistribution license allows attributed human-readable display, including branded or white-label product views. It does not allow API mirroring, raw pass-through, marketplace resale, a substitute dataset, or user-facing raw data downloads.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your trial or subscription whenever you want from your billing portal with a button click. After cancellation, you keep paid access through the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Enterprise terms are handled through the direct agreement.
